At our Streatham campus in Exeter, you can explore Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Electronic, Entrepreneurship-led, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical and General Engineering.
At our Penryn campus in Cornwall, you can discover Environmental, Mining, Renewable Energy and Systems Engineering.

" The reason that I chose the University of Exeter was because they were very generous with their scholarship programme and they had lots of opportunities. During my first year, I became much more familiar with the different areas of engineering, and I found that electronics suited my passion more than the other branches.

I really enjoy how we have extra support materials and how some modules have videos as explanations, which becomes handy when I am ill. Classes such as Fundamental of Materials and Mechanics are enjoyed by most students as they are very interactive and have practical labs where I learn topics in real life scenarios.

"I chose to study engineering because the STEM subjects were what I was best at in school, and I wanted to have the skill set to potentially explore different fields.
One of my favourite things has been the applied mathematics module. I found it very engaging, as it built on concepts I was already familiar with from A-levels while incorporating more complex applications and coding. The small class size also allowed for a good rapport with the lecturers, who were always willing to answer any questions."
