Exeter China Internship Programme - funding available

Exeter has partnered with the British Council and InternChina to run a bespoke internship programme exclusively for Exeter students.
Successful applicants will:
  • undertake a 6 week long internship in either Zhuhai or Chengdu 
  • stay in shared accommodation with 2 - 3 others
  • receive comprehensive travel insurance
  • receive pre, post and on placement support from InternChina and the British Council 

Eligible students will receive funding for all of the above, but you will still need to cover flights, visa's and spending money. Please see the  for eligibility.

The British Council Generation UK - China was launched in 2013 and offers funded internships and academic scholarships for UK students to gain international experience in China. By encouraging UK students to engage with China, Generation UK aims to bring young people from both countries closer together, increase mutual understanding, and pave the way to lasting links and partnerships between the UK and China.
