If you have an urgent concern about yourself or someone else please see wellbeing urgent support.
Here you will find readings, videos, and other online resources to support your spiritual wellbeing during this time of isolation and distancing.
Due to the measures put in place by the University in response to Covid-19, the Multifaith Chaplaincy Team will not be on either of the Exeter campuses to provide in-person support or regular Chaplaincy groups and events until further notice.
However, we are still offering telephone and online support to all students and staff who contact us.
This support is available during office hours in term times, and outside these hours whenever possible, if needed.
How to get in touch
If you are already in contact with a specific Chaplain or would like to contact one of them directly, please feel free to do so. On the Chaplain profile pages you can read a little about the background of each Chaplain, together with their contact details.
Or, if you are new to Chaplaincy Services and you do not know which Chaplain you would like to contact, please either:
- email firstname.lastname@example.org
- contact Ramona, the Multifaith Chaplaincy Coordinator to arrange a phone call or online appointment with one of the team
Please do take a look at our events pages, even if you are self-isolating, away from Exeter or in lockdown, as many are online and can help to maintain a sense of connection and community.
For further resources related to Covid-19, please visit the wellbeing section of the University's main Covid-19 website.
Students can also find support via the wellbeing website, most of which is currently operating via remote delivery, with telephone triage to assess the need for a face-to-face appointment. The website also has many self-help resources.
Connections Café is hosted by members of the Multifaith Chaplaincy team and is a chance to meet new people, chat to a Chaplain, and find out more about what we do.
The Café is not running at present but we are hoping to restart it in person and socially distanced (location to be confirmed) later in the spring.
For updates about the Connections Café restarting, please follow the Multifaith Chaplaincy on Facebook (you don't need a Facebook account to access this).
