Supporting the Choir

The University of Exeter Chapel Choir helps enrich the student experience by providing an opportunity for students to pursue music in conjunction with their degree.

The Choir is a leading student ensemble for the country, and comprises 24 students all of whom are auditioned. Thanks to a generous donation from Exeter alumni, Professor Jenny Harrow (Politics, 1968) and Stephen Harrow (History, 1967), the Choir now performs in University of Exeter green robes.

Will you help us invest in our choral scholars to continue to offer an enriching music experience?

All 24 choral scholars each receive a scholarship of £300 p.a. and the University of Exeter is incredibly grateful for donations received to help fund these talented singers and musicians.

For £20 plus gift aid per month you could fund a chorister for a year. Or £480 plus gift aid per month would fund the entire Choir for a year.

How to donate

If you are considering making a donation, thank you. Helping to fund the University Chapel Choir would be recognised with an annual report on the Choir and choristers, as well as news of the latest opportunities to hear the choir and special invites to performances.

Whatever the size or type of your gift, you will be investing in the power of education to transform lives. All contributions make a real difference.
