Delivered Hospitality can cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. Simply select your relevant items at the time of ordering. When given the option to add additional information, please state the allergen/dietary here.
The University of Exeter makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction to those with food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination as in our food preparation areas we use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, peanuts, other nuts, sulphites, sulphur dioxide, sesame seeds, celery, mustard, lupin and soya. Although we have strict cross contamination practices and policies in place, we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our dishes. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. The University of Exeter will not assume any liability for an adverse reaction to the food or drink that it has provided.

Due to the necessary strict requirements, we are unable to provide Kosher food.
We can provide certain Halal products, which are available on request.
We are unable to guarantee that our food does not contain traces of nuts.

We endeavour to collect all our equipment on the same day or by 9.00am the following day. It's incredibly helpful to us if, at the time of booking, you can indicate clearly when is convenient for us to collect items. We ask that all items are packed up, ready for collection after your event and where possible are left outside the room. If the location happens to change then you just need to let the Fresh Ideas office know.

Once delivered, we strongly advise that you keep your food covered and away from direct sunlight and other heat sources. Food deteriorates when it's left out at room temperature so it's advisable to eat it as near as possible to delivery time and most certainly within one hour of receipt. After three hours any food should not be consumed for safety reasons.
