Claire Coles

Administrator

Claire joined the University in April 2010. Prior to this, she held various management positions working within the Utility sector.

In her role as Administrator within CIOSS she oversees the day to day running of the Estate Services Front Office which provides support services for the whole department.

Gaynor Carr

Project Assistant

Gaynor is currently a Project Assistant and provides administrative support for large capital projects. She also supports various other committees and projects within Estate Services as and when required.

Gaynor initially joined the University in June 2017 as a Helpdesk Assistant for the Direct Works team, having previously worked for 3 years within student residences for an external provider.

Prior to her University based career, she has 25 years’ management and territorial experience in Corporate Asset and Fleet Finance.

Sarah Ellis

Project Assistant

Sarah is a Project Assistant providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support for the Senior Project Managers and Project Managers within the Estate Services, who are tasked with the delivery of a range of projects.

Within her role, Sarah is involved in the planning, governance, management of the Capital Development Projects and assists in the delivery of construction, maintenance and projects approved by CIG, VCEG and Council. She interacts with a wide range of members of the University community and with external contacts, customers and stakeholders including the University Executive, College Deans and Managers, consultants and contractors.

Sarah joined the University in May 2018 with 11 years of experience within a Housing Association where she supported the Director of Technical Services with property management and development of new housing schemes for residential, nursing and sheltered accommodation across Devon. She also has 17 years of experience in providing IT and network engineering support throughout the UK for a number of organisations.

Vikki Price

Grounds Administrator

Vikki joined the University in 1993 and during her time has worked within a variety of PA, secretarial and administrative roles within Campus Services Director’s Office, Training, Parking and Transport.

Vikki has been the administrator for the Grounds team since 2010 and is solely responsible for all administrative tasks.

Ann Rampling

Technical Assistant

Ann co-ordinates and manages the training for the Estate Services and Grounds teams. This involves managing the training budget as well as monitoring the online mandatory training statistics to ensure targets are met.

Ann is also responsible for co-ordinating the Zurich inspections for the University, in compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations.

Diana Santos Lamport-Stokes

Administrative Assistant

Diana is currently an administrative assistant within the Capital Development team, and helps provide administrative support to the wider Estate Services department.

Andy Skipper

Estate Services IT Systems Co-ordinator

Andy manages and supports the continued implementation and development of the Planon CAFM System. Andy joined the team in May 2014 initially on a secondment basis but has remained as part of the Estate Services Department.

Andy joined the University in April 2007 as the XFI Facilities Coordinator before moving on to an Assistant Building Facilities Manager role in Feb 2008, working with the Facilities Management team.

Lynne Toogood

Administrative Assistant

Lynne joined the University in February 2013, following more than 25 years’ experience in logistics.

She is an administrative assistant in the Capital Development team, providing support to the Estate Services team.
