Overview

I am seconded to the role of Impact & Pertnership Development Manager - Business Transformation until February 2021. I work closely with the UoE Business School, and the business community to drive impact, connect partners, create opportunities and generate value.

In my substantve role as Impact & Partnership Development Officer, I am responsible for the development and growth of Professional Education delivered by the University of Exeter Business School. I also support the development of long-term strategic partnerships with regional, national and international stakeholders.

Career

I have a track record in developing and delivering key strategic projects which increase skills levels and enhance business competitiveness. Whilst working with The Cornwall College Group I was part of a successful Project Development Team which secured in excess of £50m of European Funds.

As a Business Development Manager at Unlocking Potential, I worked alongside senior leaders in Cornish SMEs to identify business growth opportunities. To enable business growth, I supported the recruitment of graduates and mentored them to deliver business objectives.

As Account Manager and Bid Writer for Wiltshire College, I helped businesses get involved in skills development and worked with strategic stakeholders to deliver key projects throughout Wiltshire and surrounding areas.

With an Executive Diploma in Leadership & Strategic Management, track record in project and bid development, and a practising Prince II Practitioner, I have an appetite for developing businesses through new initiatives and projects.
