Eduroam Root Certificate Update

Due to security changes on the Eduroam Wi-Fi network all devices will need to reconnect to Eduroam using the following instructions: Update Eduroam WiFi Settings August 2022. This will then download the new profile required. To ensure uninterrupted connectivity you should do this by Wednesday 17th August. Please contact the IT Service Desk if you have any issues or questions.


U: drive desktop icons - Ongoing

Exeter IT are aware of an issue which can affect the availability of desktop icons and files, and U: drive mapping. Whilst this remains an ongoing issue most users can use the workaround of refreshing their network drives and waiting for the Desktop to appear. Exeter IT will advise of any further information when available.
