We are always keen to hear about what we can improve. Here are some examples of your feedback and our responses: 

"Online groups have benefits, but I would prefer face-to-face sessions"

We are keen to bring back face-to-face group therapy, and are planning to do so at the same time as the local mental health Trust resume their face-to-face group sessions

"Noise from other participants and technical issues can create some issues: it would be helpful to have an online briefing at the start of group sessions about this"

We discussed both options with our therapists and included these points in our protocol for the groups

“It would be helpful to have more of a check-in at the start of online MBCT-L sessions.”
