Please see below for all the ways you can get the information that you need. If your query is complicated, sensitive or particularly urgent, you can make an appointment to meet with a member of the PGR Support team (please email in the first instance). These meetings will normally be conducted by MS Teams.
For programme- and College-specific information, please refer to your College Handbook.
Effects of Covid-19
For information about how to mitigate the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on your programme, the Doctoral College has a comprehensive set of Frequently Asked Questions which you can access through a link on the Coronavirus advice page.
Generic or Routine Questions
Please email your PGR Support team on the following college-specific address.
Please note, these teams are particularly busy at the beginning of the academic year; if you have emailed but have not yet received a response, and your query is becoming critical, please escalate your question to the PGR Support Officer for your college. You can find details of your PGR Support Officer from the Doctoral College “About Us - People” page.
Otherwise, a member of the team will respond to your email as soon as possible.
