DESCRIPTION:As postgraduate researchers, we are encouraged to develop our skills in public engagement - but it can be hard to know where to start. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to structure and write a compelling research blog for a general audience. After 60 minutes of discussion and activities, there will be a 30-minute concentrated writing session. By the end, you will have a brand-new blog entry well underway &ndash; and plenty of ideas for where to share it. As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:  Plan and structure a blog entry to engage the public with your research Understand the landscape of sharing public engagement content Create an action plan to share your blog  This course is open to all PGRs.
