DESCRIPTION:  Please join us to find out about the proposed new Level 6 Systems Thinking for Service Design programme (L6 degree apprenticeship)     We're hosting this event for employers to learn more about, and provide feedback on, the University of Exeter's proposed online programme: Systems Thinking for Service Design(Level 6 Service Designer Degree Apprenticeship) This session is aimed at organisations looking to develop the skills and capabilities of professionals working in roles such as:  Service Designers UX/CX Specialists Business Analysts Transformation and Innovation Leads Product Owners and Product Managers Policy, Operations and Digital Delivery professionals Anyone working to address complex, cross-cutting organisational challenges  At the University of Exeter, we apply a unique systems thinking lens to service design, equipping professionals to understand complexity, navigate uncertainty and design better services across whole systems. During this session, we will:  Share the proposed programme structure and content Show how systems thinking and service design can support organisational priorities Discuss programme delivery, funding and entry requirements Gather employer feedback to help shape the future development of the programme (subject to approval)  This is an opportunity to discuss the development of a programme designed to help organisations build capability for service improvement, transformation and organisational change.
