Live Online Q&A Forums

Use our live online Q&A forums to find out more about Exeter Scholars and all aspects of life at university.

Our live online Q&A forums are webchats available to participants in years 11, 12, and 13; they are hosted by University of Exeter Student Ambassadors, who are current students at the University. To take part in an Exeter Scholars live online Q&A forum, please follow the 'registration' instructions listed below.

Live Online Q&A Forum Registration

In order to participate in an Exeter Scholars live online Q&A forum, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit the correct forum and enter as a guest

Year 11: Exeter Scholars Year 11 Forum

Year 12: Exeter Scholars Year 12 Forum

Year 13: Exeter Scholars Year 13 Forum

2. Enter a guest name to take part – no other login details required.

NB: Please note that the option to input a guest name will only be available once the forum is open; at any other time the only option when you follow the link above will be to enter a username and password. If you cannot see the option to enter as a guest then you may just be a little early and it should appear once you have refreshed the page.

3. IMPORTANT: If you are taking part in order to make up the time for missing a face-to-face event, then you need to ensure that the guest name you provide tells us clearly who you are so that we can add your participation to your Exeter Scholars record. You will also need to post at least one question to the discussion.

4. Chat and ask questions!

5. After all forums have taken place, the full transcript from the discussion will be available on the 'transcripts' tab above – so if you ever need to come back to it, you can.

Live Online Q&A Forum Transcripts

The transcripts from the most recent Exeter Scholars live online Q&A forums can be found here, so that you can see the kind of things discussed.

Transcripts will be uploaded in the two weeks following the date of the forum.
