Year 12 Subject Activity Strands

Covid-19 and Exeter Scholars 2020-21

Due to the ongoing covid-19 restrictions, the Exeter Scholars programme will not be running any face-to-face content before April 2021.

Our launch event – your welcome to the programme – will run virtually on Sunday 24th January 2021. All subject activity strands will run sessions online from February 2021 onwards, with additional online content to support your progression. We hope to reintroduce face-to-face activity from April 2021 onwards, depending of course on the guidance at the time, and we will confirm further activity at that point.

We will also be introducing new events into the Exeter Scholars calendar to allow as many students as possible to visit our campuses in person, provided that guidance allows for this at those points in the future. One such new event is a Student Conference to run in August 2021, which we hope will be able to be face-to-face and on campus.

All post-16 students who gain a place on the Exeter Scholars Post-16 pathway complete a subject activity strand as part of their pathway. This is either completed through regular visits to one of our campuses – our South West pathway – or through a week-long summer residential – our National pathway.

Use the links to the right to find the information for past and current subject activity strands (South West participants) and our summer residential (National participants).
