Students talking about the fantastic work they produced!
Grand Challenges 10th-14th June 2019
Grand Challenges is a project week that runs in June, in which you work in interdisciplinary groups with other like-minded students to design innovative solutions to real world challenges. Top academics and invited speakers share their views and help you apply your skills and knowledge to a real-life problem. You further develop your transferable skills including team work, presentation skills and project planning.
Grand Challenges enables you to develop a wide range of transferable skills including teamwork, communication and public speaking. You will also meet like-minded people and develop a broader understanding of global challenges.
In 2018, we welcomed
- The NHS Lead for Armed Forces
