Summit on Environmental Intelligence

The University of Exeter hosted the first Summit on Environmental Intelligence on 22nd May 2019.

The summit brought together 170 delegates from academia, business and government to explore new ways in which we may be able to respond to environmental challenges by using cutting edge Data Science and AI technology to integrate multiple complex data sources, and create tools that enable informed decision making.  You can now read the report of the summit here: EI Summit Report.

As an outcome from the Summit an Environmental Intelligence Network has been established to bring the growing community together and develop and strengthen this exciting new area of multidisciplinary research.  If you would like to join the network and receive the EI network newsletter and invitations to future events, please email
