Dave is an Impact and Partnership Development Manager for the Tevi project in Penryn. He leads on business engagement to help SMEs to increase their contribution to Cornwall's environmental growth, through academic knowledge exchange and EU funding, and is responsible for ensuring that the project meets and reports on its targets.
After graduating with a degree in Zoology, Dave went on to obtain his MSc in Wildlife Management and Conservation, and work with a variety of SMEs.
He subsequently worked for the Vertebrate Pests Unit of the University of Reading, focusing on business servicing and engagement, and research into the effect of genetic resistance to anticoagulant poisons in brown rats. He completed his PhD in the subject in 2017.
