Enterprise Architecture

The Enterprise Architecture function works to build a holistic view of University strategies, business processes, information, and technologies to ensure that the future objectives for the University are supported by the appropriate technology and digital solutions. This includes:

• Developing the IT Strategy and technology roadmaps
• Business case development for strategic technology initiatives
• Continuous improvement architecture principles and policies, including capability and data models
• Working with IT teams to deliver ways of working, methods of engagement and delivery process
• Working with sector organisations (RUGIT, UCISA), University experts, institutions, suppliers and partners
