The SSIS Annual Postgraduate Research Conference

A College of Social Sciences and International Studies conference
Date10 - 11 May 2013
TimeEvent spans several days
PlaceQueen's

On Friday 10th and Saturday 11th May the SSIS Annual Postgraduate Research Conference will be held. The event will bring PGR students from across the college together to discuss their current research.

In previous years students have found this to be an extremely useful event - the pinnacle of the postgraduate year. Not only do students get a chance to share their research with a wider group in order to gain constructive feedback, but they also get the opportunity to network within the wider research community and to find others with similar research interests. Staff members from across the college will also be in attendance at the event.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided for delegates throughout the day.

An optional evening meal will also be held on the Friday evening at 7pm at the Waterfront Restaurant in Exeter. The meal will be for delegates attending the conference and will incur a cost of £10 per delegate. A table has been booked for 40 delegates to be able to attend this meal and bookings will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis. To register your interest in attending this meal please email: ssispgresconference2013@exeter.ac.uk (please put ‘Meal at the Waterfront’ in the subject line of your email).

To register your interest in attending the conference please email: ssispgresconference2013@exeter.ac.uk.
