Professor Nauman Naqvi (Habib University): Decolonising the Curriculum
Naqvi has been at the forefront of rethinking a liberal education curriculum in the Pakistani context (and in the global south) that is decolonial and reparative. We will be discussing the way in which modernity and colonialism are discourses and narratives are deconstructed and how the cultural and intellectual inheritance of different postcolonial spaces can be deployed for decoloniality.
