Abstract

In this think tank I will discuss plans for my NIHR Advanced fellowship. This is a 5-year project to develop and optimise a toolkit of strategies for primary school staff to use to help children with traits of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) at school. I will discuss the research design and intervention development strategy, and will promote discussion and feedback from those with experience developing and evaluating interventions in Psychology. I will also discuss the process of applying for NIHR and other postdoctoral fellowships, talking about CV development, the process of developing ideas and transforming these into a strong application.

This seminar will NOT be recorded, therefore, we ask everyone attending not to make any recordings or stills (photographs) of any part of the seminar and protect one another’s privacy.

Participation in the online seminar will be taken to indicate acceptance of these terms.
