Meet fellow female graduates and bring a book if you wish!
A natural successor to our popular ‘bring a poem’ drinks, this time you are invited to bring along a book (if you wish) that you have enjoyed. Definitely not a book club but simply an enjoyable opportunity to meet fellow female graduates, hear what they recommend and why. Fiction or non-fiction equally welcome. An excellent novel, some illuminating new thinking, a classic revisited, a work that’s neglected or hot off the press … bring it along or describe it to us and maybe read a short extract if you wish.

Event details
No need to reserve your place. Just turn up, buy a drink from the bar on arrival (soft drinks, teas/coffees and nibbles also available) and join us in the Lounge just beyond.
Parking in the Magdalen Street car park almost opposite is free from 6pm.
We would like to emphasise that the book element is entirely optional. We will begin with networking and drinks and you don’t have to bring a book to join in the chat!
