On 24th March, Routes is hosting a roundtable discussion on the question What are the major challenges faced by international medical graduates working in the UK public and private healthcare sectors, and how can we respond to them?
The roundtable will bring together Dr Zainab Golwala, Dr Ashwin Pandey, Dr Emmeline Lagunes-Cordoba, Dr Nicola Brennan and Professor Mo Al-Haddad to discuss working conditions for international medical graduates (IMGs) in the UK in the wake of a BBC Panorama report exposing exploitation of IMGs in the private sector. The discussion will be chaired by Dr Ben Hudson.
