Building system trust as a leader "I do not get it. Whenever I talk to people, we have a good conversation about the change and their concerns, and yet afterwards they say they don't trust it.” That “it” is not the leader, but the system. And how do you build system trust as a leader? An important question for leaders of all traditional institutions that stand for structural change: governments, education, healthcare, etc. Or for small organizations that are quickly outgrowing the relational character.
