The Gender Equality Group meets termly to explore and highlight issues around any discrimination that staff and students may experience relating to issues of gender, pregnancy and maternity, and marriage and civil partnership.

Event details
The Group is chaired by Nicky Britten, Professor of Applied Health Care Research, and is open to all staff students and Students’ Guild representatives interested in gender issues.
At this meeting the group will discuss gender representation in Research Uncovered, Family Centre and childcare, Aurora Leadership programme and the recent launch of the Parents’ and Carers’ Network.
