This event is open to students and alumni, and is a brilliant opportunity to both share your experiences of feeling like you don’t fit in your organisation, and hear how others have overcome this challenge and used it to their advantage.

Is being a square peg in a round hole different for women than it is for men? Take part in the webinar to share your thoughts and hear from alumna Deborah Hallett, Chair of Rolle Exmouth Ltd as she shares her top tips and experiences.

This webinar will be interactive, with opportunities to ask questions, take part in polls and engage with Deborah throughout.
