This webinar aims to explore how changing career direction can bring real benefits and real job satisfaction. Using personal experience and that of others to illustrate how to harness the itch of dissatisfaction, Liz Butler, Chair of Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, will share practical examples of direction change and offer thoughts on how change can be planned for and managed.
