These masterclasses are aimed at raising awareness and understanding of trends and issues affecting business in the South West and globally among members of DCBC.

About the workshop

Half of all economic activity involves purchases by organisations, rather than by individual consumers – with IBM, GE, Accenture, Deloitte, and Intel all examples of great B2B companies. To thrive in business markets, managers in all functions need to understand the importance and complexity of inter-organisational relationships and networks. While companies and economies strive to accelerate growth in markets disrupted by digitisation and globalisation, most organisations lack a clear value proposition. This workshop will make you reconsider your value proposition and the role of the whole organisation in delivering differentiation that matters. This Masterclass links to the MBA’s B2B Marketing Module, delivered 17–20 May 2016.
