Sustainable Food Systems or how do we feed the world without trashing the environment?

In this lecture Michael Winter will set out the main characteristics of the global food security challenge – a growing population changing diets, and competing demands on land in the context of climate change. He will then explore the possibilities and prospects for a sustainable intensification of agriculture to meet these challenges. Part of the Fod for Thought Grand Challenge.
