Discovery Visit to University of Exeter campus in Penryn, Cornwall

Alumni are warmly invited to join a tour of the University of Exeter Cornwall campus in Penryn on Tuesday 25th July from 12.45pm to 16.30pm, which is being organised by both the Global Engagement and Development team and the Exeter University Club – Exeter branch.


Event details

Alumni local to the South West will have the opportunity to enjoy an informal yet informative visit to the campus for a briefing on the exciting range of research being undertaken.

The visit will be hosted by the Dean – Professor David Hosken (Professor of Evolutionary Biology) and there will be the opportunity to hear more about the Environment and Sustainability Institute, the Centre for Ecology and Conservation and the Camborne School of Mines (times pending).

Lunch and refreshments will also be provided at no cost.

Suggested travel arrangements: If you would like to join this tour, then suggested train times to coincide with transportation we are arranging to / from the train station in Penryn to take guests to the campus itself are as follows:

9.33am train, arriving in Penryn at 12.34pm
17.04 train from Penryn, arriving in Exeter at 19.48.
