Adam Boyden: How to fall over in generally the right direction (and remembering to pick yourself up)

What makes an entrepreneur? Can anyone become one? Do entrepreneurs exist only in small companies? How important is failure to success? Adam Boyden will try to answer these and other questions as he recounts his experiences building successful companies across six industries and three continents, since he graduated from the University of Exeter in 1990.

About Adam Boyden

Adam Boyden is a Managing Director at RPM Ventures, a US-based venture capital firm. He invests in early stage companies such as SoFi, Hippo, DailyPay, Roost and Figure. Previously, Adam was Chief Operating Officer at SoFi, President of Conduit, General Manager of Xfire, CEO of Openlane and Associate Director at The China Consultancy. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Exeter and a MBA from Stanford University.

All students and staff with an interest in entrepreneurship are welcome to attend this event. As this is an informal event, we are not intending to video link Adam's talk to other campuses.
