Guest Speaker: Sir Stuart Etherington - CEO of National Council for Voluntary Organisations Sir Stuart can safely be described as one of the big beasts in the UK’s charity jungle. He is a former Chief Executive of the Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID) and has led the 12,000 member strong NCVO for almost 25 years.
