Write your Data Management Plan using DMPonline

Practical guidance about good practices in research data management

Event details

Open Access Week is an annual global event to broaden awareness and understanding of open access to scholarly research results.
The Open Research Team based in the Library have prepared a programme of activities to mark this year’s theme: “Open for whom? Equity in Open Knowledge”.
This year we are launching the customised DMPonline, a flexible tool to prepare data management plans.
All events are free and open to all current University of Exeter staff and students.

Write your Data Management Plan using DMPonline

What is a Data Management Plan (DMP) and how do I write one? Are you required to submit a DMP to a funder? Funding bodies increasingly require grant-holders to develop and implement a DMP.
This workshop will provide practical guidance about good practices in research data management, the main funders’ requirements about data and how to write a DMP using DMPonline, the new University of Exeter customised tool. Feel free to bring your own DMP if you are currently working on one.
