MSc Sustainable Development, Penryn Campus

"My favourite thing about this programme is that it tackles real-world concerns. Some of the modules address the theory, and others encourage the students to put that theory into practice. In the Project Design module, students develop a real project in a short period of time, which improves both soft and hard skills. The education at the University of Exeter allows students to learn fundamental tools to develop critical thinking and work independently.

The quality of the academics and the lectures are very good and the flexible structure of the modules gives me the opportunity to explore different topics. The Support Services and facilities are great and I really love the comfortable study areas, because they are open 24/7.

The Penryn Campus is lovely with lots of green spaces, study areas and places to relax with friends. For instance, it is nice to spend some time at the student bar, The Stannary, after a hard day of work.

On the other hand, I came here from Chile mainly to learn about new cultures and it is known that the UK is rich in terms of cultural exchanges. Overall, it has been an awesome experience".
