Exeter Science Park and local businesses honoured at prestigious event

The Exeter Science Park received the property award. The judges were very complimentary stating: “Exeter Science Park has had such a special year with impressive ambition. It’s a beacon for imaginative fast-growth tech creativity.”

Recently appointed CEO of the Science Park, Dr Sally Basker said: “It’s a real honour to receive this award which recognises Exeter Science Park as a leading hub for Science and technology businesses.”

Custodian Solutions took the award for Technology and Innovation, a new award category as a response to great local strength in the city.  Three Science Park Centre companies featured as runners up including SeeDATA, Rezcomm and Dashboard.

Custodian has developed a cloud based anti -counterfeiting platform. It helps large enterprises to secure, track, trace, authenticate and analyse evidence and data as part of their brand protection and product security strategy. The platform allows enterprises to efficiently identify products at risk and protect consumers. It also allows for thorough enforcement and successful litigation.

Speaking of Custodian’s achievement the judges said: “Such a clever, unique business which could make a substantial difference and deserves to go far. The recognition it has had so far indicates how successful this company will be.”
