About this course:

This is a session for managers to help you understand the process of change, build personal resilience and develop strategies to help your teams cope with change.

It will focus on how you and your team may feel during periods of change and uncertainty and provide an opportunity to work in groups to learn about tools and techniques that can help.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will:.

- Understand the importance of change management.

- Understand how people react to change.

- Have acquired a range of tools and techniques to help manage and support teams through change.
