About this course:

Meetings are an integral part of working life.

While good meetings can help us make decisions, solve problems and generate ideas together, poor meetings can be a serious drain on our time, energy and resources.

This bitesize session will run through some tips and hints for co-ordinating, managing or simply attending a meeting.

The session will cover topics such as keeping a meeting focussed, identifying your role, having your say and taming your meeting meddlers! We will consider the areas in terms of face to face and remote meetings.

This session is currently being run via a webinar.
