About this course: This workshop is designed to give you a firm foundation in the skills and understanding needed to lead others and explores the skills required to lead change and innovation within your team or department. . This workshop will be delivered in three 4-hour online sessions, delivered via Zoom, making full use of break-out rooms so that learning is still engaging and enabling participants to discuss tools and techniques. . YOU MUST ATTEND ALL SESSIONS TO COMPLETE THE TRAINING.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:. - Explain the importance of innovation and managing change within the organisation. - Assess opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Apply a range of techniques to generate options to deliver the improvement identified. - Evaluate options for generating the proposed improvement to determine feasibility and viability. - Create and implement change management plans.
Who should attend this course: All staff who lead other people, in a role featuring some strategic, rather than solely operational work.
