Leading and Managing Hybrid Teams

Description

Theme:

Leadership and Management.

Category:

People Management.

About this course:

Our new, hybrid, ways of working are with us to stay.

This will mean different things to different teams and this will impact on the leadership and people management required.

Whilst many of us have experienced remote working during the pandemic, we now need to make decisions about working arrangements that balance the needs of the individual with those of the team, our area of work and the University.

Having team members working in a hybrid manner requires you to apply different techniques than you would with a traditional localised team.

This online workshop will help to ensure that you are doing the best you can to lead, manage and support your hybrid team.

A week prior to the session you will be sent a calendar invitation including the link to the webinar (usually a Teams meeting).

If you have signed on to a session and have not received an invitation within 24 hours of the course start date please email us at peopledevelopment@exeter.ac.uk.
