About this course:

Come along to this interactive workshop and find out how to make a good impression and communicate your skills and experience effectively in front of interviewers for both academic and non-academic roles.

We shall examine the interview processes that occur both in academia and outside academia- they are not as different as you might imagine! With interactive exercises and lots of hints and tips, this workshop is designed to boost your confidence and show you how you can make this a more balanced process.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:.

- Reflect on how to prepare for an interview.

- Identify the main stages of the interview process.

- Prepare effectively for a range of likely interview questions.

- Explore ways of improving interview techniques.

- Build confidence following practical interview experience.
