Before the course:

Consider doing a 1-week activity record to be aware of how you spend your time now, it might just spring some surprises for you.

When you evaluate this ask yourself some key questions such as, How much time did I spend on the really important things? Did I allow urgent things to take over that were not as important? How much time do I waste on a daily basis? How well do I manage myself and say 'No' to the things that are less important?
