We offer a structured programme designed to support and develop new HoDs and provide continuing development opportunities for existing HoDs. Background, aims and more detailed learning outcomes are described in the HoDs background document.

Development for all HoDs

Networking events

New HoDs will be invited to join existing HoDs at our networking events where you can mingle, share experiences, ask questions or get help from HR and development professionals and hear from a guest speaker about useful topics relevant to your role.

The final networking event for this academic year will be held as part of the Staff Festival on June 21st. We will issue invitations nearer the time.
