Toni Searl, RGN, PG Dip SCPHN

Occupational Health Adviser

Toni has been working at the University of Exeter as an Occupational Health Advisor since 2015, and has been working in Occupational Health for the last fourteen years. She qualified as a registered general nurse in 1994 and qualified as a paramedic in 1998. Toni moved to New Zealand with her partner in 2004 and began her experience in Occupational Health in 2006, initially working at Christchurch Hospital on the South Island. While working, Toni completed a post-graduate diploma in public health in 2007, specialising in biostatistics and epidemiology. Toni moved back to the UK in 2014 and completed her post-graduate diploma as Specialist Public Health Nurse specialising in Occupational Health in 2017. Toni is a keen outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys lots of outdoor activities including running, sea kayaking and cycling.

Erika Morgan

Occupational Health Administrator & Health Surveillance Practitioner

Erika has been working in the HR department at the University since 2015 and has been working in OH since July 2019. Since then she completed training to become a Health Surveillance Practitioner. She has also undertaken training in Mental Health First Aid as well as Mental Health training run by the university.  Erika has a BAHons in English, loves to read and get out in her garden with her husband and son.
