About Human Resources

Our goal is to attract, develop and support a diverse, motivated workforce within a safe and healthy environment.

We have a team of Business Partners and Advisers who directly support the Colleges and Professional Services teams, as well as specialist teams who develop the University’s HR policies and guidance, plan learning and development programmes, administer payroll and pensions, and provide specialist advice on Occupational Health and Equality and Diversity.

To support the University’s ambitions, we are developing an HR Strategy to meet the future demands of our workforce and create a positive working environment for all. We are currently going through some changes to improve our structure and service, so look out for updates via News in Brief and on these pages.
