How to maintain your IT account

To ensure that your current IT account is maintained you must update your account user details before your last day of employment.

To maintain access to your current email account and library access you are required to update your IT account details (you will need to log in with your University credentials). You will need to click IT access<Request new IT access<and select the relevant option, in this case Emeritus. You will then be presented with a list of details to complete. If you have an existing IT account, you should enter your current IT username in the relevant field as this will ensure that you keep the same account details.
