Global Talent Visa
With effect from 20th February 2020, the Global Talent Visa will be introduced, replacing the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) visa. This page will be updated in due course but in the meantime please contact the HR Immigration Team if you have any queries.
Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) Visa
This route is for exceptionally talented individuals in the fields of science, humanities, engineering and the arts, who wish to work in the UK. These individuals are those who are already internationally recognised at the highest level as world leaders in their particular field, or who have already demonstrated exceptional promise and are likely to become world leaders in their particular area.
You must read the Tier 1 (Exceptional talent) policy guidance on the Home Office website. The policy guidance is based on Part 6A of the Immigration Rules.
For more information on how to apply for Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent), please ensure you have also spoken to the HR Immigration Team before applying.
