This programme of development supports our new Faculty Executive leadership and people managers across academic and professional services.
This Co-ordinated programme is founded on the three pillars of a Strong Induction, Skills Development and Ongoing Support.

Senior Academic Leader (SAL) Programme
A programme of development designed to enable SALs (and those who are in equivalent people management positions) to:
- Understand the role (especially with regards to people management, mentoring, reviewing, promotion and progression)
- Encourage effective people management through consistent management practices
- Have useful conversations about a range of topics with people they support
- Learn from each other, share experiences, provide peer support

- People Management Conversations (CORE) Attendance at this session will also be recorded as completing your mandatory PDR training.
