Coaching and Mentoring

Work stream progress

The Exeter Professional group has a focus on building a Coaching and Mentoring culture at the University of Exeter.  The team are currently working with an expert coaching consultant to devise a coaching strategy and support our new internal coaching network. The team are also:

• Encouraging managers to adopt a coaching style by developing their coaching skills
• Supporting colleagues to undertaformal coaching training through the Notion Star Coach programme
• Expanding and developing the network of Accredited Internal Coaches.
