Our structure: Strategy 2030
Our structure
Welcome: Professor Lisa Roberts, Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive

I am delighted to have officially launched our new University structures which, as of September 2022, will see our University organised into three academic faculties and eight professional services divisions.
Over the summer, teams have been working hard to ensure that important faculty and divisional governance arrangements are in place and that most of the key roles have been filled - you can view further information about each faculty on their webpages. In addition to this, major IT systems have already incorporated the new structures and, over the coming months, we will adapt our ways of working, as well as our other systems and processes, so they reflect our new structures and help us to become more agile and innovative. I know that several events have been organised for the autumn term, and I would encourage you to attend these so you can be fully involved in the discussions.
Being able to officially launch our new structures is the culmination of months of work and I would like to thank every one of you for working so hard to get us to this point. I truly believe that by doing this we have created strong foundations on which to deliver the goals we set out in Strategy 2030 and build on our strengths for the future.
I am incredibly excited to start this new chapter for our University and would like to thank you for your continued support and wish you all the very best for the forthcoming academic year.
