BOOTCAMP

Sports and fitness groups: we're working with the Sports Park on recommencing staff/ PGR activities which were previously run through the Staff Life Plus membership scheme. Look out for news in the Weekly Bulletin and PGR newsletter.

 

Staff and PGR only, guided fitness boost. Our personal trainer Christy will put you through your paces at our boot camp fitness session. He'll look after all participants whatever their fitness and experience levels in a non-competitive and friendly environment.

A typical circuits session of this type may include: squats, burpees, press-ups, sit-ups, shuttles, plank, VIPR's, crawls and more. The class allows you to work totally at your own pace, whilst our instructor is on-hand to provide that extra bit of motivation to ensure you work to the best of your abilities but safely.
